Refund policy

1. Custom Products

All our 3D prints are made to individual customer orders (based on a submitted file, design, or idea).

For this reason, they are not subject to the standard 14-day return policy according to Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act.


2. Complaints

If the product:

 

  • has technical defects,

  • was not made according to the approved design,

  • arrived damaged during transport,

 


you have the right to submit a complaint within 14 days of receiving the shipment.


3. Complaint Procedure

To submit a complaint:

 

  • Contact us via email at customprint.tech@gmail.com

  • Attach photos showing the issue

  • Provide the order number

 


Each complaint will be processed within 5 business days.


4. Solutions

If the complaint is accepted, we offer:

 

  • reprinting the product,

  • or a refund (if reprinting is not possible).

 


5. Transport Damage

If the package was damaged during transport, please report the damage to the courier or at the parcel locker upon receipt and then send photographic documentation to our customer service.
