Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area

We ship throughout Poland and to most countries worldwide.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination, chosen method, and package weight.


2. Processing Time

Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.

For larger or more complex orders, delivery time may be extended – the customer will be informed.


3. Delivery Methods

Poland: InPost parcel lockers, courier (DPD, DHL, InPost)

International: courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or international post

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on weight and destination.


4. Tracking

Each package is sent with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

The tracking number is sent to the customer by email after shipment.


5. Personal Pickup

Orders can be picked up personally by prior arrangement.


6. Responsibility for the Shipment

We are responsible for the product until it is handed over to the courier. After handover, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping company.

In case of transport damage, the customer should file a damage report with the courier and contact us immediately.


7. Delays and Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or force majeure.

In case of problems, we always assist in contacting the carrier.
