1. Scope of Services

Custom.Print provides 3D printing services based on individual customer orders.

Prints are made based on:

 

• submitted 3D files (.STL, .OBJ),

• photos, sketches, or descriptions,

• designs prepared by our team.

 

2. Order Process

The customer submits a file, idea, or photo.

We prepare a quote including price and estimated delivery time.

After accepting the offer and payment, printing begins.

The finished product undergoes quality control and is sent to the customer.

3. Prices and Payments

Price is determined individually based on model weight, material used, and complexity.

All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include VAT (if applicable).

Orders are processed after payment is received.

4. Delivery Times

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

For large orders, the delivery time is agreed individually.

5. Liability

Custom.Print is not responsible for errors in submitted files (e.g., poorly designed models).

The customer is responsible for the legality of submitted designs (we do not accept orders that violate laws, copyright, or involve dangerous items).

6. Complaints

If the product has defects or was not made according to the agreement, the customer may file a complaint according to the Return and Complaint Policy.

7. Final Provisions

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Custom.Print reserves the right to change the terms of service, informing customers via the website.
